REFUND POLICY
​
If registration is canceled by February 28, 2026 a full refund will be provided minus a $30 processing fee. If registration is canceled by April 1, 2026 a full refund will be provided minus a $100 processing fee. After April 1, 2026 no refund will be provided. Please note, regardless of the refund amount listed, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid. By providing payment for conference registration, you are agreeing to the refund policy.
SPONSOR REFUND POLICY

If sponsorship is canceled by February 28, 2026, a 50% refund will be provided. After March 31, 2026, no refund will be provided. Please note, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid. To request a refund, please email the AAP D8 Conference Director.
