Trainees and AAP District VIII SONPM Council Members are invited to join this hosted lunch designed to encourage connection and conversation. Enjoy a relaxed meal while networking with peers, sharing experiences, and building relationships within the neonatal and perinatal community.

Menu: The Mediterranean lunch menu features a fresh and flavorful Greek salad made with mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, green bell peppers, fresh basil, and feta, tossed in an herb vinaigrette with vegetarian and vegan options available. Entrée selections include beef and lamb gyros, chicken souvlaki, and falafel, accompanied by Mediterranean-spiced basmati rice with lentils and caramelized onions. Warm pita bread is served alongside hummus and tzatziki, with tomatoes, sliced lettuce, pepperoncini’s, and red onion for building the perfect plate. To finish, enjoy a selection of desserts including baklava, espresso pots de crème with mascarpone whipped topping and chocolate shavings, and marionberry bars. Regular and decaffeinated coffee, hot teas, and iced tea are included.
