Business Meetings and Lunch

Menu: Lunch features a customizable Power Bowl built on a base of fresh mixed greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced hard-boiled egg, and feta cheese. Guests may choose from hearty grains and plant-forward options including farro, toasted quinoa, black beans, wilted kale, roasted forest mushrooms, seasoned garbanzo beans, and crispy tofu. Protein selections include sliced grilled chicken, grilled flank steak, or grilled shrimp, finished with pepita seeds and a choice of flavorful sauces such as harissa yogurt, cilantro lime, or green chili garlic. Dessert includes fruit and nut bars and peanut butter bars.
